Culinary Indulgence

In the kitchen Rosi is ruling the roost: with heart and soul and the necessary `know how` Rosi is cooking up a storm for her guests.  Haxn, fondue, spare ribs and “Bradl in da Rein” (Austrian speciality) are the daily highlights from the traditional kitchen.  To top it off we can offer international dishes from the modern kitchen: Asia, prawns and fish. Eva can suggest an accompanying wine from our celler.

The products don’t just come from our Pinzgau region, but also the surrounding farming areas, for this the third person Wolfgang is responsible.  Every evening the Xandl-Stadl is proving it’s flexibility: from a rustic meal in a cosy environment to a romantic candle-lit dinner... everything is possible. Allow yourself to be surprised!
