Culinary Indulgence
In the kitchen Rosi is ruling the roost: with heart and soul and the necessary `know how` Rosi is cooking up a storm for her guests. Haxn, fondue, spare ribs and “Bradl in da Rein” (Austrian speciality) are the daily highlights from the traditional kitchen. To top it off we can offer international dishes from the modern kitchen: Asia, prawns and fish. Eva can suggest an accompanying wine from our celler. |
